Basically, the internet is your catalog. This is a modern day game, therefore, you can buy anything in this world for it's actual price (in game money). Any car out there is available to buy (talk to my about concept cars). Keep in mind, however, you can't just go to your local convenience store and buy a lockpicking kit or something like that. Not every clothing store, let alone, country contains the same items. Getting certain items may require traveling, questing, and patience. Earn money to buy it by getting a job and all that crap. Also, if you add your own avatar, you get $100 bonus!
