Starting House: Mom lives in Denver, Dad lives in Breckenridge (sees dad every other weekend and on holidays)
Starting Vehicle: a yellow 1999 Corvette
Starting Place: Colorado Springs, CO
Occupation: interns as a journalist for the Denver Post
Other Items: MacBook laptop that goes with her almost everywhere (and has a waterproof case).
Anything else: Has a pet long-haired chihuahua named JoJo.

I'm making a ruling here, as the right hand of the DM. You can control ice and steam, but cannot create them. What do you mean, can I make ice and steam from water? I would like to be able to control the form of the water. Is that possible? If not, just tell me, and I can change it.

yes, you can change the state of matter it's in, but you can't make it appear out of nowhere.
