Alignment Table
Lawful | Neutral | Chaotic | |
Good | Lawful Good | Neutral Good | Chaotic Good |
Neutral | Lawful Neutral | Neutral Neutral | Chaotic Neutral |
Evil | Lawful Evil | Neutral Evil | Chaotic Evil |
- The scale of Lawful to Chaotic is a scale to how free-spirited you are. Then, there is if your basic morals are good, bad, or lacking in existence (neutral). The most free spirited you can get is Chaotic Neutral.
- Lawful Evil may sound like an oxy-moron, but if you think about it, it makes perfect sense. Maybe you worship a dark lord and are loyal to his command. This could also work for almost any other dark leader, such as a clan or gang leader. Maybe a king of an entire evil civilization. Look at Darth Vader, and you've got yourself a good example of a Lawful Evil person.
- Lawful Good already makes most sense. You basically follow all the rules and are a big government kiss-up who does everything authority throws at you. If the king told you to eat poop, then by-golly, you'd do it!
For everything else:
- Lawful good "Crusader"-combines a commitment to oppose evil with the discipline to fight relentlessly.
- Neutral good "benefactor"- preserves good and works with loyalty but does not feel obligated to revere them
- Chaotic good "rebel"- acts as his conscience directs him with no regard for consequences
- Lawful neutral "Judge"- acts as law, tradition, and personal code direct.
- Neutral "Undecided"- does what seems to be a good idea, doesn't feel strongly about good vs evil
- Chaotic Neutral "Free Spirit"- follows their whims,an individualist.
